Jonathan is a young and enthusiastic fitness instructor with heaps of energy to push his clients to achieve their goals within group fitness classes to males and females with classes ranging from core stability classes to high impact classes. Health and fitness has played a huge part in his life since a young age. Playing football at club and district level and since then, running with his determination to maintain and develop his own fitness and that of others.
In 2010 Jonathan moved away from the sport industry to focus on developing fitness for others in group fitness classes. Jonathan qualified as a level 2 gym instructor in 2010 followed by being certified in numerous group fitness classes and now he is proud to become an Armageddon Fitness Instructor. This program is a fantastic new class aimed at including clients of any ability and fitness.
Using the VIIT principles ensures that all clients can work constantly at their own level. You, as an Armageddon Fitness participant, are able to work constantly for 30, 45 or 60 minutes towards your targets whatever they may be. Armageddon Fitness focuses on developing Speed, Strength and Stamina using nothing but your own bodyweight – making you reach your PERSONAL GOAL!!
All of Jonathan’s fitness classes focus on supplying you with the tools or exercises but it is up to you what you do with them.
